When we arrived we stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting on someone to show up at the desk. We called the phone and for no answer and rang the bell. I think she was in the restaurant. Next time, she may want to put a be back soon sign up.

Definitely Not Premier
We will never stay here again. The air conditioning did not function in our room. So it was hot and humid each night, very uncomfortable. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling. I’m you weren’t careful it would drip on your head while standing at the sink and there was always a small puddle on the floor of the bathroom. Check in was also weird as the clerk kept going to the “back” to confirm our reservation via fax…..We travel to Alton once a year and will never stay here again. They should really drop the “Premier” from their name.

The hotel was great. CeeCee at the front desk is so nice. Now for the rant that has nothing to do with the hotel: EXPEDIA - get your act together and pay these hotels so people can check in quicker! I booked this hotel an hour before I got there and it still took another 30 minutes before Expedia paid the hotel so I could check in!

Registration staff was excellent. Night staff was rude. Had a group of adults together playing cards and talking (not loud or excessive). Told at 10:00 on a Saturday night to go to bed. Everyone must leave the lobby and outside patio. No one was loud. We booked together to visit and rudely denied. Told them in advance.
