I love the minimal style of design in the renovated space. The historical pieces and story was spread out over the hotel to enjoy. Staff was wonderful, breakfast delicious in their cafe and the room was very comfortable. Our only flaw was a loud, lingering wedding reception that when I notified the hotel it had gone on too long, made a kind gesture to fix our distress. It is located at the end of the main tourist strip and across from the brewery. Nice!

It's a nice upscale hotel with two bars, and dining options in hotel. I like all the historical exhibits. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The one thing we didn't like was that it was loud in our room. You could hear people talking next door. The acoustics echo everywhere. Couldn't sleep.

When we went for breakfast we waited a very long time for service then finally went to the front desk. They sent someone back to find the waitress. There were other patrons waiting as well. The hash browns were inedible, over cooked and very hard. The front desk people were great as always.

We just spent 4 days there and had a great time. The hotel was superb and changing from the wool mill into a hotel was very well done. Loved all the historic displays. They were fascinating. The only drawback was that the noise bounced around the halls and nice sitting area upstairs. The staff was superb, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the hotel and area. The Indigo restaurant Food was excellent and the service was above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed it and ate there all 4 nights of our stay. Thank you for making our visit so pleasurable we would recommend this hotel to anyone.
