This is a very nice facility in a somewhat questionable area. It didn’t feel unsafe but was more shabby and unkempt around the motel. The rooms are very nicely done, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. For the price, it was just fine. There is an Asian restaurant right next door that was very good.

We have stayed here before and really liked that they have a good size dirt courtyard that is shaded to walk the dogs around. Unfortunately this trip they had significant rain so most of the courtyard was like two separate ponds so area to walk was limited. Not a "ding" but was disappointing, but out of their control. Also - would be nice if they added maybe scrambled eggs to the breakfast fare. Just pretty limited for protein items.

The Atrea In. Is a hidden gem in Amarillo. We stay there whenever we are in town it’s clean, affordable and well appointed with the basics. Housekeeping is daily. Easy access to I 40. Staff are responsive, friendly and available.

Biscuits and gravy for breakfast ♥️ Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a firehouse next door and a truck goes out pretty regularly during the day with sirens but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Not one went out at night though. Pet friendly. Nice courtyard. Staff very friendly!

This is a private owned hotel and you can tell they took great pride in making it what it is. Do not sleep on this hotel because it’s not one you have heard of before. You will be pleasantly surprised for sure!
