Beautiful Home 1.5 miles from Medical Center

Long term renters welcomed. I will require house to be cleaned by me, once a week for extra $60.00. Pets are welcomed for a pet visit deposit of $50.00. The house in a very a quite neighborhood and is conveniently located in the middle of Amarillo. Fresh new paint, new windows and blinds throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked ( excluding food). The Washer/dryer are for any guest that stays. Laundry soap provided. The garage is available for guests to park in while visiting. The house will sleep 8 comfortably with a roll-a-way bed in Master Closet and a pullout couch (linens under chaise lounge. The large backyard has plenty of room for the kids to play and run off their energy with a privacy fence. The Mulberry tree in front provides lots of shade during the long, hot days of summer. You will have access to the gas fireplace for those cold winter nights or the fire table. Please turn propane off when you are finished using the grill and fire table. There are family games located in the entertainment center in the Living Room. The books in Living Room are for your reading enjoyment.
There are Four flat screen TVs, high speed internet and DISH.
Each bedroom has extra pillows for that great nights sleep. PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP ON DUVET PILLOW COVERS. Each bedroom has blackout curtains for those that get to bed late and wants to sleep in. The light’s on the patio come on at dust and go off at dawn. They are on a timer. Should you not want them on, just unplug the extension code by the back door.

Excellent home away from home!
Our trip to Amarillo for the weekend was a great experience due to having such a nice and comfortable place to stay. Our only problem was a slightly late check-in due to the electricity being out because of a massive dust storm and hurricane force winds (a west Texas haboob!),Traci handled the issue quickly and efficiently and was excellent to deal with.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if our trips take us through Amarillo for a night or two.

Our original plans were canceled due to weather. We contacted Traci, she was accommodating in every way. We had a great weekend despite our original plans being canceled. We loved the decor, very homey and relaxing! And the fact that pets were accepted was amazing, i was able to bring my 2 lbs yorkie!

Beautiful Home and Fantastic Hostess
First off I can’t say enough about how wonderful our Hostess, Traci was! Traci was very communicative, informative and helpful… her guests want for nothing! This is a beautiful, spacious and well thought out and furnished house. It was very clean! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want, plus she had extra goodies and treats for her guest! The laundry room was also great and nicely supplied. It even had a TV in every bedroom and one in the front room…. Which helps greatly with teenagers and us older ones who have different interests levels. The yards are well kept with inviting sitting areas for the whole family! We loved how spacious and how secured (fenced) the backyard was for our dog, Buddy. The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone traveling in the Amarillo, TX area. We have family living here now… so this will definitely be our go to house for any of our future visits.
