Maid service didn’t clean the room, elevator broke down, breakfast service was , questionable, when all of the staff is sitting with you having breakfast as well .

Great for the price

Room wasn't bad, but the toilet flapper was wonky and wouldn't seal, so the toilet leaked until I removed the top and pushed it down. The room has discernable wear around the sink/vanity. It showed signs of its age. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. The heater/ac unit worked. So there was some good and some average, but overall I would stay here again.

We ended up staying here during a windstorm after driving for hours. Other than the TV not working we had no real issues. I was not a fan of the $50 incidentals charge placed on my card. I was told I would get it back after our stay but I never did get that refunded back into my account despite all us doing in the room was sleeping and using the bathroom. Otherwise it was fine and we were lucky enough to have people help us get our car unstuck from the snow the next morning

The place only had 1 working elevator for a 5 story hotel. I was placed at the end of the hallway and hear every time someone came through the stairwell door( very loud). The bed was too hard to sleep in, i slept in the chair next to the bed.

When I arrived to the facility I got informed that they didn’t have rooms available even that I got charged and got the confirmation with a room number prior arriving. They just notify me to contact Expedia to get my money back. I tried a couple times and no way to contact them.
