1. Bed too firm. 2. Bell/sound in elevator was loud and piercing. 3. No water available at breakfast! [huge oversight!]. 4. Computer system enormously slow [took 15 minutes to check in and another 10 to check out], or staff was not properly trained on system.

First a $75 misc charge??? To Be Returned at checkout, provided. Door was not secure. Could not get the door latch to connect solidly with the door frame. Useless hot water at the sink.
