There was a qtip on floor of room. Hot tub was broke, pool was only for polar bear plunge. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

HI Amarillo South
Usually stay in one the Amarillo HI properties. This one is very convenient to I-27. The hotel was clean as expected and the personnel was friendly as usual. Just one request I would have is please clean the elevator a couple of times a day to remove the dirt messy patrons leave behind. The room was spacious and clean.

I contacted the front desk, the sheets had a stains on. It looked like it wasn’t changed out. Trash cans were full. Room smells, Elevator dirty, I would be happy to submit pictures of all the above.
