Our stay was good here and our dogs were welcome. This seems to be an older property and the rooms could use some upgrades. Continental breakfast was good but could have been better.

First there was blood on the wall. Blood :( No management on site and management was not reachable. There was only one young lady manning the check-in. Not well managed. Second not at all like it looks on hotels.com and their own website. The rooms that are remodeled may be nice but the un-remodeled rooms are not. The door was loose, the blinds were broken and people could see into the room, furniture very ran down. The pool area had been remodeled but the common area is very run down. Potential for being a cute boutique hotel is there but by far missing the mark. Don’t stay there. And for the first time in 20 years the service from hotels.com to fix it was horrible. Could not get a person on the phone no matter how many times I asked. Got snippy with me when what she was telling me was different from the front desk staff about my refund. Refused to help me find a new location. Last time I had a problem, I called, they fixed everything, gave a credit, and found me an amazing place. Most disappointing service ever!

Funky and Fun place to stay! Clean room, onsite bar and restaurant. Good breakfast and for $7 they have hot breakfast specials. May not be for you if your a traditional hotel person but if your looking for something fun this is a great place.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at ! The room was quaint and cozy, and the room came with a mini fridge and freezer. The vibes were very very good having just come from a long stressful road trip. Huge showerhead as well! The employees were delightful too :) Chosing this place over a Hilton any day!

More Bad than Good
Good and Bad - the bed was comfortable but I think my room must be used only for overflow. First, I had to search for the TV remote(s). After I found them in a drawer, the TV would not turn on - found that it was not plugged in. I got message that there was no signal. I tried a couple of times again. I am not the best with technology so thought I would call the front desk for some direction as there was no additional info in the room. Guess what - no phone in the room - really?!? Went to front desk and they requested maintenance come to check it out - about a 5 minute wait. 30 minutes later still no one came. I had to leave to meet family but when I came back a couple of hours later, maintenance was requested again. No one ever came to assist! I'm sure this room had not been used, here's why - no phone, no clock and no hangers in the closet area. What property does not provide those items in a room? Also, the shower had numerous black stuff on the tile. Hotel in general could use some updating. So glad I only needed the room for 1 night or I would have left after the first night anyway. Guess I should not have booked the Economy room. I would not stay at this property again.
