スタッフの笑顔とサービスが素晴らしかったです。それだけで充分居心地は良いうえに、部屋も広くて清潔で快適でした。ペットボトルのお水はリクエストすればいつでも持ってきてくれるしお部屋でコーヒー、紅茶が飲めるのも良かったです。朝食はカレー2種、主食のチャパティのようなもの3種、食パンにオムレツ、ゆで卵、パイナップルなど、どれも美味しかったです。 2泊目から体調がすぐれなかったのですが、レセプションに相談したら薬を出してくれました。これがとてもよく効いて本当にありがたかったです。 お部屋の広さについてですが、一番小さな部屋は日本のビジネスホテルのようにコンパクトで使いやすそうでした。ワンランク上のお部屋は広くてさらに快適だったのでおすすめですよ

Stayed in their suite room for 7 days. It was our second time stay. Large spacious room. Courteous staff. Additional training would help with basic customer service. Breakfast can definitely improve (same stuff for 6 out of 7 days).

We had not such a great experience. As I'm gluten free they didn't respond on pre-arrival queries around GF food. Reception was not really willing to think in solutions. Room was not really clean, Aircon was defect, and everything seemed to be an issue. Service experience wasn't great. Can't really recommend visiting again.

Good place un the center of Allepey

Pleasant staff. Very clean et large bedroom, but small window (but al lot of light.) Large shower. Fridge, kettle.
