On the 1st floor by lift of a small, secure residence, in a quiet, peaceful area, 3 minutes from the town centre: Town Hall, Tourist Office, Casino, shops, the banks of the River Tech, and 5/10 minutes from the Thermal Centre. Wifi Internet access, large TV, queen-size bed (160 x 200). Permanent maintenance and renovation, very recent or new ‘art de la table’ (glasses, plates, cooking utensils, cutlery): compulsory for the 2-star classification.
