Welcome to First American Beach House. This historical, newly renovated home is pet friendly and directly on the beach. Enjoy your private vacation at this oceanfront four bedroom, six bathroom (four full, 2 half bath), three story home. This home was the very first home built in historic American Beach. It has been fully renovated as of spring 2021.
We invite you to begin the day enjoying the sunrise from the main floor ocean facing patio. This area is great for having coffee and breakfast and enjoying the morning ocean air. Also on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, island bar sink, double oven, and bar seating area. There is also a comfortable living room area and dining area to enjoy the company of friends and family over a home cooked meal. This main floor also has two bedrooms (queen size beds) each with their own full bathrooms with walk-in shower. Finally there's 1 additional 1/2 bath on the main level.

Upstairs we invite you to breathe in the Atlantic ocean air from the second level deck. You can relax in the upstairs living room area or enjoy the elevated balcony for the best views of the ocean and beach. You’ll also find a 1/2 guest bathroom. Finally, you can finish your day in the master bedroom which includes a private master bathroom with walk-in shower.

The lower level is great for those traveling in larger groups or with children. This lower floor has a separate living room area, bedroom, and full bathroom. The living room area also includes a sofa with a pull-out bed. The laundry room is located on this level.

This home is fully equipped to take care of all your needs. The home is newly renovated and decorating in traditional “beach house” style. The bathrooms are all tiled and roomy. The countertops are new stone with brushed steel accents. The TVs are equipped with Xfinity cable. High speed internet is available throughout the house.
First American Beach House rents weekly from Friday to Friday.

Annual family vacation
This was our first year staying in this house and it did not disappoint. We had several children in our group ranging from ages 15 months to 18 years old and this house had everything we needed. It was spacious enough for us to separate for the younger ones to nap as needed. However, the main floor provided us a large enough space to all hand out together as a big group for meals and in the evenings. The private path to the beach was perfect for our kids to be able to walk on their own and carry whatever they wanted to play with on the beach. The chairs, tents, sand toys, and wagons available for us to use on the beach were awesome and greatly appreciated. This house has it all and we hope to be booking our vacation for next year very soon!

We love this place!
This is the best vacation house. We’ve come back several times now and it never disappoints. We come as a large group and there is plenty of space for everyone. We love the back patio that has plenty of room to store fishing gear and beach stuff. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of parking. You can drive on the beach if you are a veteran or have a disabled tag so we were able to drive my grandma down to enjoy the beach since she can’t walk through the sand. I highly recommend it for your next family vacation.

The home had everything we needed, was very comfortable, had a spacious outside patio and the house was in great shape since it was just recently rebuilt. We had a couple of very minor items that needed attention and Eloise, the assistant property manager, addressed them immediately and was super pleasant. We would definitely stay at this property again!

It was so nice everyone had their own room and bathroom! When the weather was not very nice if we weren’t shopping we were back at the house playing cards catching up! Updated house on the beach!
Beautiful house just steps from the ocean! A great floor plan allowing your group to comfortably join together or comfortably retreat to their rooms. The vaulted ceilings provide an open, airy vibe. Though not a problem for us, there are many stairs from between floors. Lots & lots of fluffy towels; a sufficient supply of tp, Kleenex & hotel-sized shampoo & soap. Sufficient supplies like dish soap, detergent, etc; not sure if provided or just left behind. We didn’t cook much since since AI has many good restaurants; but the kitchen appeared to have all the essentials. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels & a Coolcabana to enjoy the beach. We found the beach was never crowded (mid-April); more people (& vehicles) on the weekends; but still plenty of room on the sand. On a quiet street yet close to grocery, bike paths, etc. Communication with the property Mgt was timely & concise; a shout-out to Eloise! Don’t hesitate to book this beach-side beauty!

Easy access to the beach either walking directly over the dunes or a couple houses down there’s a street entrance. Very well kept house with nice kitchen for basic meals. Wonderful place to spend a vacation with the family!

Perfect for beach lovers!
Beautiful location right on the beach! Perfect for families with kids as it was a breeze getting back and forth from the house to the beach. House was clean and adequately stocked with essentials and cooking equipment. Plenty of bathrooms and space for a large family to spread out. We traveled from out of state so having all the beach supplies available was a huge bonus.

We loved our stay here! The entire place has been renovated and is gorgeous. Steps from the beach with a large back patio to store all our beach stuff. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, and the living and dining room furniture was very comfortable. We will be staying here again next year!

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs! The home feels brand new and is kept in clean, wonderful condition. The location is right on the beach just a short walk to the water…we couldn’t ask for anything else, really. In addition, the hosts were beyond helpful in making sure we settled in nicely, and were very communicative when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

Awesome house on the beach!
This house is absolutely beautiful! It is right on the beach and the view of the ocean (especially from the master bedroom balcony) is amazing. The house was stocked with everything you might need including everything for kitchen use down to having really nice beach chairs and beach accessories. We were amazed by all the small things that the owner thought of to have in the house to really make it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very easy to work with and was always easy to contact if needed. We highly recommend this property. We can't wait to stay here again!!
