There’s a minor needs to be repair like the tiles in bathroom, the door hinges needs to clean and paint retouching. In the room while walking there’s a cranking sound on the floor especially near the bathroom area, the rest are well and good.

Property staff was friendly but the hotel was definitely not the best double tree I’ve stayed at, very outdated. There were ants in our bathroom as well.

Overall stay was decent. The only issue we had was when room cleaner came in and took all of our towels, both dirty and clean, and we had zero towels. I managed to get 3 pool towels for our final night and it was fine.

Outstanding Front desk check in was perfect. Got upgraded on arrival because of my Room had a comfortable bed. Bathroom usual Hilton hotel chain kind. The HVAC was broken but it was nice out so didn't matter, I could open the screened window. Towels were clean and had they had bulk to them. There is a restaurant on site and it says room service but didn't try either. Starbucks is about a 5 minute drive, there is fast food an some restaurants with in a 10 minute drive with no rush hour. Would stay there again .

This property is pretty outdated and there were alot of things that need repair/replacement. The area around is quiet and safe. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They made the stay totally worth it.

The noise from other people in the rooms next door could be heard very loudly, it seems that the walls are not conditioned to not let noise through and are not properly insulated, also in the room there were too many cracks in the walls and corners that were noticeable at first glance...

Shower wouldnt drain when being used. Water was high to about my ankles or more. Staff at the restraunt was rude. I called to ask to be brought hot water and she told me to come down and get it myself. Upstairs people were loud and banging around all night. The floor that I stayed on had a very loud family and screaming baby that woke me up at 6am everyday. Didn’t get any rest.
