The pool was not heated and the hot tub was not hot due to a problem with the generator waiting to get it fixed. There were kids running around in the room above us until 10pm. Otherwise, everything else was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We left after only a few hours. The shower had a very large crack on the floor, when you looked out the window it was completely blocked by trees and that’s ok it was the mold growing on the wood outside the window that bothered me. The bed was horrible, it was broken down and you rolled the the middle. I thought by picking a hotel at 250.00 a night would get me better accommodations.

Checked into our room and it smelled like sewage. Had to move to another room. Hotel staff member at front desk mentioned sometimes air pocket within pipes causes the smell.

We asked for a handicap accessible room. The room was a good size but the bathroom waa the issue. The shower had no overhead shower head only a hand held shower hose. This made showering difficult especially when you have hold on to the bar and hold the shower hose. Also there was no shower door only a not long enough curtain. The bathroom floor was flooded after every shower. We had to ask for daily cleaning service as this property only offers every other day. I would not recommend this hotel. It is old and needs updating. For the price of a room they could upgrade the toiletries. We expected to feel relaxed or refreshed from our mini vacation in Napa Valley. This was NOT the result due to the uncomfortable conditions at the Fairfield INN. Two positives the staff is very friendly and efficient and the hotel has a laundry room.

Staff is the best part of this place, in my opinion. The cleaning ladies are so sweet and Coral at the front desk is amazing. I’ve stayed several times and the staff is amazing.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding are very comfy. Had a microwave and fridge. Nice TV that swivels. Great parking. Coffee and lemon water in lobby. Great pool and hot tub. They were outside, but we still went in. Free breakfast. First day was scrambled eggs and sausage and was really good. Second day a quiche and bfast sandwich, which wasn't good. There was oatmeal and several toppings, bagels, yogurt, make your own waffles, milks, hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, juice. Overall, a good free Breakfast! Staff were friendly. They have a small store for snacks, toiletries. No daily housekeeping.
