Pet Policy:
Small/medium dogs under 50 pounds are allowed to stay in this home. We do not allow cats. Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $60 for 1 dog or $110 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet. Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

A Perfect Stay
This home has a great layout, is very well furnished, and was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. My family of four and I REALLY enjoyed staying here and hosting local family for brunch and dinner. Management was very responsive and helpful and check-in and out was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again! Very well done!

Updated Home With Room To Spare
This was our 2nd stay within the past 8 months. The location is close proximity to I-15, so it serves as a good base location for getting to the different places in the region (BYU, SLC, Sundance, etc.). The home has updated/quality finishes, with access to a 2-car garage, large walk-in closet and en suite for the main bedroom. Attached bathroom has separate tub and shower. We hosted a 10-person dinner on one evening and had plenty of room. We will choose this place again when we return.
