This welcoming and comfy house of 1600 square feet can welcome up to 8 people. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 patios, a garage and a carport.

THE HOUSE
Located directly on the shore of Brochet River, in the heart of the Laurentides mountains and only 15km away from the town of Mont-Tremblant, this charming house will appeal to you at first sight!

The user-friendly kitchen is fully equipped for your well-being during your stay. It includes pots and pans, a coffee machine and Nespresso machine, a toaster, utensils and everything you need to prepare good meals. It also includes all the necessary for a raclette or a fondue for a hearty, warm meal in the middle of winter.

All 4 bedrooms include new linens and comfy comforters. Two bedrooms have queen size bed, one with double bed and another with a twin bed. Also, a air mattress is at your disposal for the eighth guest.

The living room includes a 40 inches Smart TV and a Blue ray player with access to NETFLIX and YouTube. There is a speaker station as well to listen to you the music on your phone, tablet or computer. High speed Internet Fibre 120 mps.

The bathroom includes a large bath-shower, a washing machine and a dryer.

A magnificent wood stove is located in the living room, free for you to use to warm up the atmosphere and put a smile on everyone's face during the cold winter evenings. The firewood is included.

The Brochet River is very clean and ideal swim, kayak or fish.

The location of this house is incredible!
You will be mere kilometers away from the famous Mont Tremblant and its snowy slopes and from the Baroux outfitter and its fishing lakes. And let's not forget the many national parks offering multiple summer and winter activities!

Beautiful space, a couple of things missing
The space, beds and surrounding land were all great. There was ample space for us to enjoy and the place was very clean. A few things missing such as any sort of curtain or blind on the bathroom window for privacy. Some pots and pans were beyond their better days and needed to be replaced. The tv, which we used only to watch a movie at the end of a long day hiking, was very slow and unresponsive. There was minimal kindling in the $10 interior firewood bags which was less than we needed. The couches were not fixed together and would slide apart when sitting down. Minor things, but worth mentioning.

Enjoyable stay in the Laurentians
We had a pleasant short stay at this cottage. Everything was clean and the layout worked well for our family of five. A short drive from Mont Tremblant makes this a convenient location. There was some noise from a small business next door early in the mornings but it was very peaceful at night.

A family getaway with our dog
This cabin was a perfect fit for what we wanted. Seclusion in the woods, 20 min drive to downtown Tremblant, a property where kids and dog could explore and play while dad worked. We cooked, played games and read books. Thank you to our host who is an excellent communicator. I would love to return in the summer months because I bet the river is amazing!

Great little getaway
Loved our little getaway at the cabane chic. Property is very well maintained, the cabin itself was spotless. Beds were very comfy. Property manager answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely Laurentian Location
Absolutely fantastic property, beautiful location in the rural Laurentians. Gorgeous property with everything you need to enjoy visit. I would highly recommend it, the host was available to email at any time. 10 out of 10 for me and my family!

DO NOT BRING PETS
In short: One of our dogs were attacked by the pit bull-type dog across the street who came onto the property. We had to rush back to Gatineau for an emergency room visit - 5 stitches, rabies shot, wound cleaning, antibiotics. The owners of the pit bulls (there are two - only one attacked) did not believe their dog attacked us, despite me being covered in blood, and the owner demanded to come into the cottage to "inspect" my dog. My husband was performing first aid, and I didn't want this belligerent couple in the cottage. While the property and property manager were lovely, the pit bulls that live across the street were not. We were luckily that we were close to the house when the dog charged us, and I was able to push my two large dogs (german shepherd and grey hound) into the side garage door. The attacking dog then only got one dog by the leg and I was able to kick him off of my injured dog. We only spent one night instead of the three planned, and in addition to the costs we were out for the cottage rental, we had a $742 vet bill, and a terrorized dog.

Wonderful stay
Very clean property, very comfortable beds. My dogs were very happy to swim in the river. We happened to be there on 2 of the hottest days in summer. Maybe putting ceiling fans, or regular fans to help with heat. Other than that very enjoyable time

Close to Mont Tremblant, yet very quiet and private.
Very nice, almost new and very clean place. Close to Mont Tremblant the Town and Ski Hill. It is very quiet and secluded, but has all that we needed to feel very comfortable.
