We’ve just recently finished renovating and now available to Reserve for your next Getaway or Vacation – make it a memorable one!

Welcome to our Beautiful and Charming 1938 Vintage home known as the “Amity Wine Cottage Inn”. We are centrally and conveniently located in the heart of the town of Amity, Oregon commonly referred to as the “Gateway” to Wine Country. Amity is in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, an acclaimed & award-winning winegrowing region within the Oregon Willamette Valley, with +30 wineries and tasting rooms nearby. From a larger perspective, we’re perfectly located almost in the middle of the greater Oregon Willamette Valley which gives you wonderful access both to the North and South, from which you can check out 400+ wineries and tasting rooms.

This absolutely wonderful “Wine Cottage” home is filled with all the Charm and Character you would expect in a vintage home and so much more... We have specifically chosen a “Wine and Country theme” décor throughout, complete with period antiques to add to the overall ambiance. The attached Photos will give you a nice and general overview of the place and how easy it will be for you to settle right in, relax and feel right at home.

Our home consists of 1350 sf - (2) Bedrooms that are currently available – King Bed in downstairs bedroom and Queen Bed in upper bedroom, (1) Bathroom, Living Room with Flat Screen TV, Den (Cognac Room), Kitchen, Formal Dining Room, Kitchen Eating Nook, and Laundry (W/D). We also have a wonderful fenced, peaceful and private backyard area with numerous places to gather, eat, and relax around the inspiring landscape, herb & vegetable garden (help yourself) & Pinot Gris grape vines. Complete with a propane BBQ, outdoor Food Prep area, plenty of Seating options (large Picnic table/benches, Adirondack chairs), overhead Accent Lighting and accessible Covered area. The awesome “light filled” Formal Dining room is stunning, as is the rest of the house with an open and bright feeling throughout.

Your stay with us includes complimentary WIFI, Cable/TV, a Bottle of local Wine, Coffee/Tea, and a self-serve Continental Breakfast each morning. We also make the effort to keep locally grown or sourced items, like Honey, Jams, Bread, and fresh Fruit, when available on hand. The Kitchen has all the appliances, completely appointed, and well equipped with everything you will need to cook in-house if that’s your choice. We also provide complimentary Shampoo, Cream Rinse, and Soap in the Bathroom with quality Towels, and Laundry Soap.

Treat yourself to a great night’s sleep in our comfortable new beds, mattresses, pillows, comforters, and linens. Relax in the antique clawfoot tub/shower after a long day of wine tasting or adventures.

Our location is literally within walking distance of the Main street in Amity, which has several restaurants, wine tasting rooms, tap house, a winery, and other various places of interest. Additionally, we are just a short drive to McMinnville (8 miles), Salem (18 miles), Portland (53 miles), and Lincoln City at the Oregon Coast (57 miles). There is so much to do, see and explore from this central location whether it’s wineries, wine tasting, restaurants, shopping, antiquing, museums, hiking, exploring the many opportunities the Oregon Willamette Valley has to offer to all.

When you decide to venture out and about or need some advice in advance about the area, we would be happy to assist you in providing recommendations for wineries, places to eat, sights to see or places of interest. We can even make arrangements/booking for wine tours with a local company if that is of interest. Just let us know how we can make your time staying with us amazing.

Quaint little cottage
The amity wine cottage was great for our friends getaway. It was stocked with most anything we needed, was clean and very quaint. The outdoor space was a dream. We loved sitting out there after a day of wine tasting, enjoying the weather and another glass of wine! My only comment is there were quite a bit of cobwebs in the upstairs bedroom with some spiders, so my friend didn’t want to sleep up there. And although the town is probably plenty safe, it seems a tad rundown. We were happy at the cottage, but the town is definitely small. We had to mostly drive to McMinnville for food and things to do.

Lovely well appointed home!
Thoughtful, generous homeowners down to every detail. Including fresh herbs and tomatoes in the garden. The wine theme is dominant, with lovely designer decor, comfortable beds and a beautiful, private rear garden with picnic tables and fire pit. The dormered upstairs loft is small and gets warm, but there is a fan and windows open. Picture of home is overly stylized - we were surprised by how close it is to the road and neighbors, but we were not disturbed by traffic or other noises. Amity is tiny with minimal services, yet close to McMinville and lots of wineries. We would certainly enjoy staying again!

The house was easy to find & it was easy to back up into the driveway to park. The home was clean & had everything we could have ever needed. The home is very comfortable & decorated thoughtfully. Charming, wonderfully appointed cottage
The hosts really have thought of everything one could possibly want in a wine country rental. Fabulous, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful and relaxing backyard with their own little vineyard and garden in the back. This house was actually nicer than the photos imply. I personally prefer a firmer bed, but otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing.

Comfy little cottage
My bestie and I had a very relaxing stay at the wine Cottage. The beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. We loved all the little extra amenities like a bottle of wine and chocolate! The cottage is equipped with everything you may need and then some. We especially loved the backyard garden and vineyard. Very well done and the lights made it magical! Highly recommend.

So much Character
The house was precious and very comfortable. The decor was very inviting and the backyard was beautiful. Able to walk a block to delicious breakfast, and enjoy quaint lottle town. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the tub. It is a beautiful claw foot tub that is rather small and with the wrap around shower curtain, it felt a bit claustrophobic. But everything was so clean and the extra amenities were very kind and we enjoyed them all! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A Wonderful Wine Experience
We stayed at the cottage on a recent trip to the Enola-Amity AVA and loved every minute of our stay. Steven and Rosemary have such a thoughtful set up. Can't beat a glass of wine in their gardens!

Appreciate the cleanliness. What a well stocked kitchen. A real cook set the kitchen up! They had anything you would need for meal preparation. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed fireplace and firepit. Nice touch on complimentary chocolate and wine. I did well finding this home. We would return.

This is an adorable house. It has everything we need. We love the backyard also, although we couldnt enjoy it as much as last year because this time it was cold spring and last year was warm summer. The hosts are very generous supplying chocolate, a bottle of wine and breakfast supplies. Will definately stay there again!

Perfect accommodation for the four of us. Walking distance from Amity was a bonus for getting a great breakfast at the Common Cup cafe. Perfect balance between upgrading the home with modern features and maintaining the orginal, cozy feel of the home. Lovely well-appointed house
The house is lovely, the kitchen very easy to use, and the living area comfortable. It is south of McMinnville where most of the best restaurants are, and further south of some of the best wineries. The second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings and we bumped our heads a lot. The bottom floor bedroom was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom would benefit from some updating - the shower was uncomfortable to use. We really enjoyed our stay!
