O atendimento dos funcionários foi extraordinário desde nossa chegada até a partida. Todos foram extremamente atenciosos, prestativos e sempre com um sorriso no rosto, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A limpeza dos ambientes estavam impecáveis, demonstrando cuidado meticuloso com a higiene e conforto dos hóspedes. Os quartos eram espaçosos, bem decorados e confortáveis, proporcionando uma estadia relaxante e agradável. O café da manhã era delicioso e variado, com opções frescas e de alta qualidade, um verdadeiro começo de dia perfeito. Todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos estavam em perfeito funcionamento, facilitando nossa estadia e todo o conforto necessário. O flat é muito bonito e aconchegante. Super completo. No entanto, como tenho renite alérgica, o local tinha um pouco de mofo, o que tornou minha estadia não tão agradável. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é delicioso.

Não são Pet Friendly
Tudo perfeito, mas eu não entendo como uma hospedagem desse porte não é Pet Friendly. Totalmente de encontro as boas práticas de hospedagem no mundo afora e a localização, já que o Ceará é um estado que está bastante à frente nesse quesito. É uma pena, hospedagem tem tudo para aer muito boa, mas quem não é amigo de pets está bem para trás em termo de serviço e hospitalidade. Muito amigos e familiares deixaram de escolher essa hospedagem por conta desse fator. Inclusive nossa decisão de voltar.
