"I did have a several challenges with the booking and with communication to meet someone to find this place, and with someone dropping the ball on not including the baby cot that was requested at booking. This all seems to have been the fault of the management office. However, I felt compelled to leave a review for Nikos, our concierge/contact during our stay. He completely blew us away with the beyond 5-star service he provided. He bent over backwards and more (metaphorically speaking) to not only correct the mistakes of the management office (including spending hours of his time at 11pm driving across the island to get a baby cot for us), but also solve every other problem we had. However highly I speak of him, he deserves higher praise still, and he made our stay truly memorable and remarkable. We've never experienced service coming anywhere close to as good as what Nikos provided. Would very much love to stay here again if he were to still be the concierge. The room was also very nice and clean, and we liked that the hot (warm) tub was much more private than many on the island."

"We had a wonderful time, a true dream vacation staying here (Honeymoon for me). Staff are very friendly and kind they treated us like family. The service was superb I highly recommend this place. There is an amazing restaurant in the hotel and other restaurants are only a few minutes walk. Actually everything is a few minutes away, shops, restaurants, historic buildings and great views. The hotel was the perfect place to get to see the breathtaking sunset and it has a panoramic view of the sea. We were in the sunset honeymoon suite and we had a very private patio and a 2nd floor with tanning/beach chairs which is semi-private, people can see you in certain angles ( you are top of the roof). The hotel is more private than other hotels that we saw which is one of the main reasons we love it here. I will come here again! "
