Front desk staff friendly but not often helpful if an issue arose . Natalia however was excellent! Elevator often not working properly. Alternative exit from 2 nd floor was stairs but door to main flor was locked.

The Hotel is gorgeous in a brilliant location within easy walking distance of the old town staff on reception and in the bar and restaurant super friendly and very helpful. The only reason for the low score on cleanliness was the very terrible room service, our room was supposed to have been cleaned on x 2 days during a four night stay, the Bathroom was just left dirty and was actually not clean on our check in, I used my antibac wipes to clean the Bathroom myself, on our second night we were searching for some drinking glasses these were found inside the mini bar nothing wrong with that only the fact that one glass was actually filthy with lipstick marks still around the rim!! on the last supposed clean of our room the sink in the bathroom was left dirty the shower inside was not clean and we were left without soap I do not usually complain but the lack of hygiene was disgusting especially in a Bathroom this really lets a gorgeous hotel down, I did let Reception know about this issue.

Room Mate Aitana is an exceptional place to stay! Its ideal location puts you within walking distance of all the major attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring Amsterdam. Friendly and polite reception. 6 min walk from Central Station as I came in via Eurostar and 10 mins from city centre. Absolutely loved my stay. I received an upgrade from exec. corner to a suite, beautiful. Immaculate, bright and airy. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location for the train station and the passenger cruise terminal. There was an issue with one of the hotel guests playing extremely loud music which was dealt with expeditiously by the hotel staff.

A lovely stay in Amsterdam and just an easy walk to the main area as well as Amsterdam Centraal station. Our room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was lovely!

Great property, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast options. I would appreciated a nice view. Restaurant should open earlier for breakfast at least 6:30AM to allow more time to enjoy breakfast and run to conference in down town area. Besides, awesome place to stay at!
