Dirty, smelly, disgusting
Hotel room is very dirty and smelly. No cleaned at all. I stay longer and room service doesn't clean the floor in room or in bathroom. Not at least vacuum. No change bad sheets, nothing. Sometime even not came at all. Breakfast start at 6am, sometime even 6:30 wasn't ready. Floor in the restaurant sticky, also not clean. No cups at the coffee machine, no sugar. Shuttle also drive some time, some time not. People on the reception act like you disturb them. You order the food delivery, they keep it on reception, reception not even call you. To me its look that this hotel is not happy to have some guest there. Absolutely no service. Four star hotel. Ha ha.

Very dirty and smelly
In this hotel do not care too much about hygiene and cleanliness. They don't wash the bathroom at all, they don't change the bed linen either, basically no room service.

Pros - perfect location for us, shuttle bus from and to airport, staffs are very courteous, renovated, room size is good. Cons - the beddings has some stains, the washroom has a bad smell coming from the sink. Complained with the front desk but they did not fix it.

This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly. There are not shops on site, but the hotel has a wonderful free shuttle service to and from the airport, where you can get food, souvenirs or just people watch! It was a good choice to stay.

Decent room for the price. Cannot expect too much out near the airport. There was a loud air vent blowing constantly in our room that made sleep difficult. The front desk clerk was nice. However, the dining room staff were almost all poor-to-terrible. There was only one staff member who knew what he was doing and everybody else was easily overwhelmed. Several patrons had to actually chase after staff to get basic service, and still received attitude. The only other dining option out there is McDonald's next door. I suggest going there instead.

Hallway lighting is inadequate. Lack of lighting is a safety hazard. No early morning coffee service. No early morning shuttle. Room electrical outlets inadequate for modern travelers. Electrical outlets are deenergized when room key is removed from the receptacle. Cannot charge electronics when outside the room. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning fan was a bit loose creating extra noise.

It serves its purpose, but very loud, right next to a busy highway, and there’s pretty much only a McDonalds nearby, but I guess that’s sort of what you get when you book at an airport hotel, so maybe that’s on us. The place wasn’t overly clean, the dishes in the restaurant were a bit grubby

This hotel has the worst management I can imagine! I had earlier made my booking reservations via Expedia for pay at the property option. Upon arrival my reservation was cancelled by the management without prior notice after flying over 12 hours to arrive to Amsterdam. The receptionist said they were fully booked and can’t offer me any room. As the cancellation was done from the higher authority at the headquarters. This was happening around 11pm. Tried checking to see if there was other availability in other near by hotels unfortunately they were are fully booked due to a canceled flight that day. I had to sit at the lobby chair for hours, tired, worn out and heavily pregnant with nothing more I could think of. After about 3 hours of sitting at the lobby a gentleman! God bless his heart approached me and I explained the situation to him, he saw my condition and decided to give me a place to stay to at least fresh up for the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was my worst experience.
