This is one of My Worst Experiences of Any Hotel I have Stayed in. In the Photographs it looks like its a Boutique Hotel with Small rooms which is Acceptable but in reality the Rooms are like a College Dorm Rooms and even Smaller. It loojs as uf they took closet soace and made them into Rooms. No Closets in the Room! Bathroom has No Sink! The only way to get on your bed(Futon Mattress) is from the of the bottom of the Bed as the bed is Embedded on All three sides to the Wall so Access is extremely Inconvenient! No Toiletries and No where to place your Suitcase or Hang Clothes. Very Dissapointing that a Respectable Name as Travelocity is associated with such a third Class Hotel. This hotel is for Students Back packing through Europe.

I loved the small rooms, that all have a theme - the size reminded me of cruise ship cabins. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating! Water was VERY HOT!!!! Being that there are no dressers, it would have been nice if we had luggage racks so there would not have been a lot of bending as one searched her suitcase and if a box of Kleenex was provided that would have been perfect!

A bit far from the center of the city, but if you don’t mind a twenty minute tram to city center this property is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and the breakfast each morning is delicious.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel looks like an apartment complex and it actually is. It only has 2 floors and the rest of the floors are regular apartments. The lighting in the room was bad, making it difficult to put makeup, shave, etc. The breakfast wasn’t worth it. Mostly bread, milk, juice from a machine, ham and cheese of ok quality

The rooms are small, which would be a reasonable compromise if it was in the city but given the distance we were surprised. We had a room with 2 adults and 2 kids and we had 1 suitcase and a pushchair, it was quite tricky fitting everything into the room. The fridge in the room didn’t work, no efforts to fix it. We were offered to leave things in the fridge downstairs but that’s not convenient and quite frankly not what we paid for! Some staff were very friendly, others less so. The area around the hotel did not feel safe, although we saw police patrol each evening. Room was clean on arrival and they sort or made the beds etc each day but cups were not cleaned or replaced. Overall, a decent stay and hotel but in terms of value for money it didn’t feel worth the price.
