Very nice property, Clean and modern facility with very prompt and helpful staff. It was quiet and very close to the zuid metro ,train and bus station. The only downside was there was no fridge which made keeping cold drinks difficult. They have umbrella rentals for free in the lobby so save some space and leave yours at home lol. Would come back again.

We didn't expect the lack of bathroom... the shower and toilet are a part of the room, which was a bit strange. The bed was very comfy though and the hotel living room area was inviting and convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast is fantastic and I would recommend including it with your room. The lobby is great and always full of people. I would definitely stay again!

Rooms were a bit small which made organization of luggage a bit difficult (especially if you are bringing checked luggage). However, rooms were nice and clean with decent WiFi.

A triumph of design at the expense of common sense
One of the strangest and most impractical rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The pods in the middle of the room for toilet and shower are ridiculous. A shower shouldn’t need an instruction card to work. And the shower is tiny! A glass circle glass partition for the toilet? If you were travelling as a couple make sure you are comfy watching them take a dump…. The iPad controller for everything a nice idea in principle. In practice you have to press and wait for it come to life then press again while it finds the connection to the room then find a menu just to turn up the volume. Just dumb. Also not a single hook in the room. Hang a coat up perhaps? Wouldn’t stay again

The best part about the property were the staff. The manager and people working were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The downside is the rooms were dirty. First room was dirty so I asked for a change. Second room was dirty as well. I think the carpet and sealed windows, and drains in the tub trap the smell of the rooms. But I appreciate management trying to work something out for me. Would come for the food and people would not stay in the hotel rooms.

Great staff , friendly and helpful , very good breakfast and lovely latte they made in there 😋 the area is quite and about 7 min walk to train station and five stops to Amsterdam central which is all attractions there Rooms are small but has everything in there , not enough rooms for large suitcases but king size bed are comfortable. I like this hotel and highly recommended 😍
