Great hotel with excellent facilities, staff really helpful. Complimentary mini bar and chocolates on pillow every night is a nice touch. The beds are huge and extremely comfortable and the spa was lovely to relax in after the busy day out.

The bed mattress had a 'topper/mattress saver' on it and the sheets were not big enough to stay in place so in the morning they were mostly off the topper. The complimentary mini bar (still/sparkling) water and coke was good but they did run out of still water after 2 days. The bar staff were quite good but sometimes difficult to get eye contact with them to order more drinks.

This hotel completely ripped me off , they were so unfair and unwilling to help me at all especially considering i have been a client for15 years it has changed and i will never stay here again… i would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to lose your money and have a terrible experience

I love staying at this hotel when in Amsterdam. It’s close to the Centraal station, and easily walkable to most of central Amsterdam. The staff are amazing and the bed is one of the most comfortable i’ve slept on. Thank you for an amazing albeit short stay!
