Excellent location. Close to most attractions and public transportation. Staff is friendly and courteous. However, the building does not have AC or elevators. The hotel/furnishings are dated.

Me and my husband came for a 3 night stay here, the hotel is a great location very central, not easily accessible the stairs are very steep and no lift but we managed fine. We had a standard double room, clean and basic, bit old and weathered in places but its an old building. The main thing we loved was the communal balcony beside reception, made good use of that and would definitely book here again and book a room with a private balcony.

nice stay for a short trip to the city
the staff were very friendly! the room was great for what we needed and the balcony was chillin’. location is ideal with the majority of sights within 20 minutes walk. love to room 301, we will be back!

Nice and close to central Amsterdam. However, as it is close to central Amsterdam, the area will tend to be noisy due to traffic and bars. A good place to stay!

You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. Seeing mixed reviews and knowing I am a pretty laid back traveler, I gave Hotel Di Ann the benefit of the doubt and thought it couldn’t be too bad. This place is broken down, dirty, and very tight. Mold growing in the bathroom, stained blankets, and no air conditioning. Trash all over the common area by the lobby. BEWARE: the service staff went into our bags and took 60€ out of our wallet while we weren’t in the room. Would NOT stay here again.

The staff was amazing and gave us great recommendations for dining and the best local bars! The stair to go in is a bit steep but doable! We had a balcony and had some Amsterdam fun and beers!

Would not not be able to recommend this hotel at all. Booked this just as a place to sleep, as we didnt plan to spend much time there and it still fell below basic standards. Very dirty (cleaned certain areas myself) the bathrooms are horrific and we found bugs which we reported. The staff member came to the room and took pictures themselves. Will not stay again!
