The street the hotel is on is nice and quiet which is perfect when everything is walkable from the front door. Room was comfortable and bed was fantastic. Staff was also very helpful and can answer any questions you have. Fantastic eating options around the hotel

My recent stay at the MAI Hotel in Amsterdam was nothing short of fantastic. The location is absolutely beautiful, right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the cruise port. The central location allowed us to explore the city with ease and truly soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The staff at MAI Hotel were extremely kind and generous, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, offering a delightful culinary experience that we looked forward to each day. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. We had a beautiful view of the Canal and the river, which added a magical touch to our mornings and evenings. The serene and picturesque scenery made our stay even more special. In summary, MAI Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. With its prime location, exceptional staff, delicious food, and stunning views, it offers an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam and can’t wait to return!

Loved the hotel very roomy room, clean and nice shower, staff amazing, great location. We booked breakfast with the hotel it was a great breakfast and it was a well worth it. Would recommend this hotel for sure!!

The rooms are spacious and big. Very clean rooms eith big bathrooms with a tub and shower tray. It gives rich asian vibes. They could improvecon dcroom lights though. Its a bit dark. Its close to d cental train station, like a 5 minute walk and close to d red light district

The room was very clean and made up every day. I really appreciated you going out of your way for my birthday by decorating the bed with balloons and providing the robe, slippers and late checkout. The hallways and bathroom were rather dark- up the lighting a bit and your hotel would be perfect Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent hotel and staff friendly and welcoming. Staying in July was less quiet (on street) people hanging around chatting at night and street reconstruction on other side of canal was intrusive in the early morning. That aside I would recommend hotel as have stayed before and would stay again

The room was clean and the hotel was comfortable and unique. We arrived very early and left our bags to explore. We came back a few hours before check-in very tired. The woman at the front desk moved things around to get us a room ready, she was incredible! Sadly I don’t remember her name but she was polite, friendly and wrote down some breakfast recommendations for us to check out during our stay.
