All staff are friendly and helpful. The reception desk personnel and facility manager helped me to correct a problem with my initial reservation and were able to honor it even though it had been mistakenly cancelled. I was even able to extend my stay. This friendliness of all staff in this facility has provided a feeling of being in my home away from home.

Super super super, I tell you!
I couldn’t ask for anything more when staying at a hotel. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! The room was perfect for an extended time, the WiFi was perfect, the gym, the sauna, the pool, the distance to grocery store, the laundry service, etc.... was perfect! PERFECT & you will be pleased as well!

The room was never serviced once during 4 nights staying at the hotel. They left a letter asking me to was my dishes but never supplied washing up liquid. If they expect the guests to clean the room for the next guest they should first change the the name of the hotel from serviced apartments to DIY hotels

Average hotel wouldn't stay here more than 1 Night
Dated Apartments and Rooms! Don't be fooled by the entrance and lobby area which is actually quite pleasant. Stains on carpets within room, dusty room, damaged furniture and dusty units and appliances within the room are past there best. Location is not too far from Amsterdam Zuid although its more of a residential area.

I had a room close to the lifts and was kept awake by the lift motors. The room was very hot with no zircon. To cool down the window had to be open letting in noise from the motorway. The local metro station was closed so access wasn't great.

The property looked similar enough to how it does in its photos however it was disappointing to not receive basic amenities in the apartment. Eg. We had an oven which we couldn’t use as we weren’t provided with anything that was oven safe which the receptionist mentioned to us... the oven also had one unsuitable wide tray inside. The tv had a handful of channels that barely worked and was never accurate on the programmes being shown. As a couple we were initially provided with one towel and had to request for another one which I found oddly unacceptable considering. The list goes on... so many things promised on the advertisement but none had come into fruition... by far one of the most worst serviced apartments that I’ve stayed at and feel the need to request my money back for a first

Great stay! Nothing really nearby, but close to metro that goes right to Central Amsterdam, and then some. The bathroom sink is small with a shelf right by where you can put your head while brushing your teeth. The shelf blocks you from having a direct hit into the sink, shelf sould have been placed to the side for better sink access. I also don't like having to throw out your own garbage, but overall really liked the place and even the location. Oh yeah, WiFi, pretty weak, especially @ night, could use an upgrade.

Lovely staff with a great room
We had never visited the Netherlands and a lot of things confused us such as the public transport. The staff were very helpful in explaining things. Our room was also amazing and we had everything at our disposal. If you’re going to visit the Netherlands stay here as it is amazing.

This was not what I had expected
I had NOT expected to be so far out in the suburbs when the made my reservation. It was in an area about 4 blocks away from a grocery store and within 10 blocks there was only 1 restaurant. Our room was VERY small. Granted the website stated sq. m for the room size but really that didn’t tell me much. When the front desk asked about my impression and I answered, the response was”well your the one that booked it”

Good choice for Gym lover
Nice stay. The rate was fair for a room with gym and swimming pool. There are few points to notice: - No room cleaning service since its a serviced apartment not a hotel (unless your stay is >7 days) -The area was very nice but not very convenient for tourists. 15 min walk to tram station + 30 min tram journey to get to the central part of Amsterdam. -Transportation in Amsterdam was a bit expensive. If I could choose my hotel again, I would pay a higher rate for a more convenient hotel, as I would have saved the transportation cost.
