Hotel is in a great central area
Lovely hotel, our third time staying here, location is great and rooms are always clean. Very poor sound proofing in the rooms with the stairs, lifts and other guests passing the room door.

Not only is the property great, but the entire staff makes you feel like family. Ty for a wonderful stay. All was perfect. Room, breakfast,location and a wonderful caring staff. If you want to feel like family and not like just a number, this is the place to stay.

NO elevator/lift !
Yes there is an elevator/lift in the hotel BUT rooms are also on floors with no elevator. My room was on a floor with eleven (11) steps to access the elevator. I used the filter for elevator/lift !

Exceptionally polite staff who went out their way to accommodate a sick traveler. They offered me a hot beverage and allowed me to check in early. Comfortable bed and room with all the amenities. Including an espresso machine, refrigerator, TV, and excellent WiFi. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

A nice compatible room. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice area on the edge of the city centre with a nice vibe and good cafes and bars. Easy to get to the city centre on foot or by tram.

After a cruise this was an ideal area to access museums. The good cute hotel clean and not fussy decor. Good breakfast as well. Fantastically walkable neighbourhood with everything within 15 Min. The bed was also comfortable. The bad : air conditioning. Let me preface this by saying I only stay in hotels with a/c as I currently require it due to hot flashes. 2/3 nights were horrible with internal room temps at 24.5-25 degrees. With staff suggesting that the a/c is working ( not) rebooting should work ( didn’t). Have ac tech look with no problem ( we had a digital thermo with us due to cruise) No change in room as they were busy. We sort of opened a window ( double window to combat noise from the very busy street) by propping a umbrella in it to get cool but was left with the noise of party trams and people on a first floor room. Sigh The management followed up with compensation of city tax and “sorry”. So warning to all. If you need ac give this hotel a pass.
