Very enjoyable stay at Krisotel. Single room was clean and bright with total blackout blind and shower room was well equipped. Free coffee machine and teas available in reception area, would definitely recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room - we reserved a twin but were upgraded to a quad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 10am but our room wasn’t ready. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we walked around the city until our room was ready. So happy there was an elevator since the stairs were quite steep. We would stay here again.

The room we got was on the smaller side but was great. It was clean, bed was comfortable, great location, and staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

It was a comfortable stay close to centre. Very friendly staff. I had stayed in various other hotels before in Amsterdam, but this is the only place I found that also serves free tea- coffee with multiple options all throughout the day. I am also thankful to the staff for helping with earlier check in. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Recommended.
