To start with my booking wasn't even in their system, which wasn't a good start. The air con in the room didn't work well, their was visible dust in the bathroom and one of the plug sockets didn't work.

Room was great but check-in service was terrible.
The room was great. We had a nice view, but the check-in process was unacceptable. I had done the pre check in like they suggested. When we got to the hotel at 10A, we didn’t expect to get into our room right away, but check in was at 3P and it was after 4P before we could actually get in. So disappointed and despite everything else being great, first impressions are important and I can’t say we’d ever go back to this property.

We were worried that this hotel was going to be too far out of the city centre but the trains were a quick and easy way to get about. The hotel amenities were great and we enjoyed a coffee beside the canal each morning before we started our day.

I didn’t feel comfortable with my stay here . Travelled with two young children , no proper support and not a great stay. I did a non refundable booking , else would not have stepped in . They made me pay additional charges for kids , and staff were impatient and not so polite

It is very close to the metro with lines into Centraal and other popular areas. The hotel room was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend staying here

It was a great experience. The staff were super helpful when we got here. Being on one of the high floors was challenging as the room temp was around 25 degrees Celsius. Our fan broke down multiple times and we were not able to check in till 4:00 pm instead of 3 pm.
