The room was very clean, staff were amazing in help, however the rooms would improve with update as they are clearly quite old and needs some refresh. The shuttle service from/to the airport is excellent. I recommend if you need to take a flight early in the morning.

The hotel is perfect. The only reason for my low staff is frankly slightly unfair - we booked a hotel and asked for a rollaway bed - no one could find one and they delivered a plain mattress at midnight - no pillows, bedsheets etc. as the housekeeping team was gone. I have no issues, but they could have communicated that earlier. Otherwise, superb hotel, great facilities, very courteous and pleasant staff, definitely my go-to hotel at Schipol now.

Beautiful hotel, good service, nice recreation options, pristine bathrooms. Only nitpick was the beds - mattresses were firm springboard and were not super comfortable. Memory foam mattresses would have made this a perfect experience!

I booked this place specifically cause it was the cheapest place in town that had a hot tub. The problem: the hot tub was COLD. And when I asked the staff about it they said: tough luck. And acted like they had no intention of ever fixing this. Aside from that it’s a nice little hotel close to a bus stop.

The desk clerk told us they were booked but I showed her our email confirmation and she found us a room right away. The hotel itself was very clean but after we got to our room the toilet seat was dirty and I had to clean it.

The location is perfect if you need to be close to Schiphol Airport. It’s just a short 5-minute shuttle ride away, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service that runs frequently.

We arrived around 10:30 am after 10 hour flight and were told that our room, was available, but we would have to pay 40 Euro if we wanted to enter our room before 3 pm. We have never experienced this request in decades of travel, so we refused. We sat in the large lobby area, and when my wife laid her head down to rest, a hotel staff member shouted at her and said sleeping was not allowed. Extremely rude. Also the AC did not work, so we had to move to another room.

I was placed in a room who was apparently set up for a vip guest, 3 days before, macaroons and fruit was left in the room which by the time I got there was mouldy and nasty. I pointed that out to reception and got a free drink, fine. The hotel is dated, the bathroom was full of limescale and some grim around the tub. The bed wasn’t comfy as probably dated, this is one of the worse NH I’ve stayed in.
