Had a pleasant stay at NH Collection flower market. We were 3 adults sharing a triple room for a couple of nights. It was clean, modern, the beds were comfy & it had everything we needed. The bathroom had a powerful shower head. The only negative about the room was that it was too dark due to the lack of natural light & the interior lighting not being sufficient. The breakfast room & breakfast were excellent! The staff throughout were friendly & helpful. We slept well the first night but had a disturbed night the second night as the neighbours got locked out of their room & were lying on the floor chatting & laughing in the small hours of the morning. The night manager wasn’t quick enough to offer them a place to wait in until they fix their problem. However the day reception staff proactively acknowledged the issue apologised & made a very good effort to make it up to us. All in all a pleasant stay & would recommend.

Comfortable and Convenient
Excellent location, with easy access to stores and restaurants. Public transport within walking distance. Superior room is quite small. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with a limited selection.

Overall very good. Soundproofing was good so quiet. A few minor issues that were a little odd. Curtains in bathroom would not close - they fixed it. I ordered an ice bucket for a certain time and they forgot it but quickly brought it when I reminded. I splurged for Jr suite with view - it was excellent as advertised.

Overall our stay was ok. Hotel staff were not attentive or helpful. Location is great for walking to everything you want to see in Amsterdam. Rooms and facilities are way nicer in pictures than in “real life”. A little deceiving.

I was disappointed with this hotel. They had an issue with their key cards. This meant multiple trips down to reception, waiting for them to redo the cards then they wouldn’t work again and we’d continue the cycle. I think 8 or 9 times we had to go through this frustrating process. Sometimes they’d work in the elevator then not work for the room, meaning we were up to the 4th floor then back down. It made us late for dinner reservations and cost us money as we had to Uber instead of walking. These things happen but there was zero compensation (no free drink, breakfast, parking, late checkout). Nothing, and for the price paid really frustrating. The room wasn’t cleaned properly with pencil shavings next to the bed, dirt on the rug and hairs in the shower. The corridors were dark and smelled. The cleaning staff were rude and the reception staff were not equipped to deal with the key card issue properly.
