The hotel is a pleasant to stay in the staff is exceptional and so friendly. The breakfast is excellent And consists of many great items and served in a big hall I really recommend staying there .will stay there again

Exceptional Hotel

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Dined on the breakfast brunch which had so many choices and was delicious. The bar made tasty cocktails. Great area, close to lots of things as well as many of the metro lines

The staff was extremely helpful in getting around Amsterdam, in getting into our room early, and very professional. The facility is classy with access to shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and public transportation. Very satisfied with our choice and stay.

Beautiful Hotel which I stayed at before. Staff are super polite and helpful. One observation that may seem trivial to some but the bedding had a very strong smell of laundry conditioner which I found very unpleasant and ruined what would have been a very comfortable bed. Bedding should be neutral.
