Friendly staff, good breakfast options, lovely room (albeit with a claustrophobic bathroom setup). Only hiccup? I was told that I would get a free bottle of water at check-in since I am already a Radisson rewards member… but the receptionist dropped the ball on that. Lol

Typical European attitudes. Show up at 2:00 pm. No room available till 3:00pm. The rules. The hotel was not that busy. So dor that customer service poor. There were rooms ready why be a SOB about it.

This is in no way a 4 star hotel, the floor in my bedroom and bathroom was filthy, the bed was a poor quality rollaway that squeaked with every movement. There was no toiletry kit in the bathroom as is standard with a 4 star hotel. Bedding and pillows were poor and lumpy. Latch on my door was broken. The door even though looked would sound as if it was opening and closing when other doors in the corridor were opened and closed. Walls are so thin you can hear other people’s morning alarms going off. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Amazing hotel & staff, free transport from airport and only €5 to return, No shops nearby but there is a small selection of things like snacks, drinks and essential toiletries available to buy in the lobby (they are expensive but good to have the option if needed) We noticed the bathroom in our room had an unpleasant smell coming from the drains/plumbing but that didnt bother us all that much Very happy with our stay overall - thank you

Our room was modern and had all the amenities, a mini fridge, iron & ironing board & kettle with coffee and tea selections. They have shuttle service to the airport and the staff provided excellent written instructions on how to use public transportation to the city centre and central station. The only improvement would be to have better mattresses ours was very hard and didn’t make for a great sleep.

An airport hotel that’s can’t sort a shuttle!
An airport hotel that’s 4* apparently. Rooms are as basic as an ibis budget and a 35 min wait for an airport shuttle. Rubbish. Stay somewhere else.

The tram station was in walking distance from the hotel. Also, there were tram stickers along the walking path which helped to let me know that I was on the right path (this was super impressive for me). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, the food at the restaurant was really good and tasty. All in all, I had an overall wonderful experience and would go back again.
