Great hotel and staff.
Great location amazing staff. Only issue was with the sofa bed. Extremely uncomfortable. There was a big dent in the middle. We both rolled over in the center of mattress.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Right by the train but so easy to get anywhere. Canal trips, shopping, dam square etc. We loved the indoor pool. We relaxed every night at the pool and sauna before dinner. The staff was lovely.

Good hotel with some minor issues
The negative: There were a few fruit flies and mosquitoes inside the room, but I managed to kill most of them. And the leather couch needs to be upgraded. The positive: The service was good. Food options are decent but could be better. Bed was comfy and clean. The room was spacious, and we were able to stream our shows and movies. The cleaning staff was excellent.

Old fashioned elegant hotel
One night stand in between train trips, it was so very convenient be located across the street from the Hauptbahnhof! And the view of the front of the Hauptbahnhof spread majestically out our front window!

This hotel is okay. I appreciated the convenience of it being right across from Centraal Station however I must say that we were somewhat disappointed with our room compared to the photos we saw when booking. The property is not amazing but it’s also not terrible. Compared to some other places we’ve stayed in Europe, this hotel was more expensive but less impressive. It’s quite big and busy and we could hear both the hallway and street very clearly from our room. It’s clear there are some maintenance/updates that need to be done. Scuff marks all over the walls, yellowing of the shower floors, etc. For a 4 star hotel with premium prices, we expected better. Breakfast is good, has a variety of options. Likely wouldn’t stay here again, though.

Superb location, very clean beautiful hotel with helpful staff. Our very modern hi tech big bedroom was looking out out over the train station. Bethroom very clean and ahower was amazing.

Nice beautiful conveniently located hotel
The hotel staff was very helpful. Location was very convenient and close to Amsterdam highlights and train station. They also allowed us to store our luggage at hotel until we departed late in the day which was very appreciated.

Wonderful location to central Amsterdam train station and many tourist attractions. Huge and modern hotel. The pool and sauna were very nice. Only issue is you need a taxi or a Uber to pick you up on a side street as they cannot in front of the hotel. But not a huge issue.
