The room was stunning and the area was lovely. A 2 minute walk from the station which goes directly to the centre. Staff were so lovely too!

My stay at Ruby Emma House Hotel was nice. The staff were pleasant. The room we stayed was really nice. The only thing was the toliet. There was no sink in the toliet toom. It was in the shower room which was on the other side of the room. Apart from that a good stay

The hotel was lovely. Extremely modern with an iPad controlling yours rooms lights, external blinds and TV. The modern decor was also extremely lovely. The only downside was that there wasn’t anything like a sowing kit in the room, or a kettle. These were available, but very expensive. Around €3 for the sowing kit. The only thing that could have made the experience better, would be having Apple HomeKit room keys available. This would have completed the experience.

The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the metro station which has 3 metro lines which are well connected to tourist attractions and central amsterdam so very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet residential area which has a lot of families so felt very safe as a solo traveller. It is an eco hotel where they ask at check in if you want to opt for room cleaning every 3 days rather than daily which if you do opt for, they give you a free drink voucher for the bar downstairs. There is a mini kitchen on some floors which have free drinking water, hot water, tea and coffee which is convenient. While the room was quite cold with the heat turned up as high as possible (mid November), reception was very helpful and provided a second duvet and a space heater. Only inconvenience was the room not having a phone to call reception, so if you need anything you need to physically go down to the reception to ask for it.
