The included breakfast was fantastic. The shower drained very slowly so you had to keep it very low flow or you'd flood the bathroom floor. Tram was convenient - a couple of blocks down the road and you can purchase multi-day cards at the front desk. All of the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Overall I'd give it a 4.5

Amazing hotel!!
We stayed here for 4 nights with our friends who live in Denmark. (We live in the USA) what a great hotel!! Our room was large, comfortable and the bed was amazing with big fluffy pillows. The staff was awesome. We enjoyed the sky bar on the 10th floor. We loved meeting Alessandro and Keisha (bartenders), they were awesome. The first night we had a great dinner in the restaurant! We booked on line for 9:30pm as we drove from Denmark to Amsterdam. After 14 hours on the road (stuck in a major accident) luckily we arrived 15 min early and the kitchen was closing. (Their booking hours were wrong on the website) they still honored our reservation and the food and service we both great. We loved that the tram stop was very close to the hotel. We purchased a 48 hour pass from the kiosk at the stop and took bus 17 into downtown. It was nice to stay out of the city and enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. We walked to the park and found an great bakery and pizza place (Norma). We highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!

Can’t fault this hotel at all, room was excellent & breakfast buffet was fab. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great tram service about a 7 min walk. No supermarket or other eating places/ bars nearby.

The property was a 15 minute walk from the train that takes you to Amsterdam central. If you’re coming to see this city this may not be a good idea because of location. Otherwise nice hotel, staff not knowledgeable about the area.

Very nice modern hotel in a quite family oriented neighborhood. A little bit far from all main attractions and city center but very convniient for families with children. Walking distance to the transportation.

Outstanding service
Although the hotel is slightly out of town it's so easy to travel to all parts of Amsterdam on the tram. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I'd recommend a visit to the sky bar on the 10th floor for a drink. We will certainly be going back to Amsterdam again and hopefully stay at the westcord fashion hotel. Thank you to all the amazing and friendly staff.
