My wife and I recently enjoyed a four-night stay at XO Hotels Infinity, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely fantastic, consistently friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large, comfortable bed that ensured we had restful nights. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless, reflecting the hotel's standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The location of the hotel is another strong point. Situated in a pleasant area, it offers easy access to public transportation, including buses and trams, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, there are several nice restaurants and shops nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. Overall, our stay at XO Hotels Infinity was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to returning in the future!

Staff were not friendly and not willing to help, except one person who finally changed our room which I can’t remember his name. Room we had the sink in bathroom wasn’t working and had issues with water sink. Area around the hotel was so dirty and to noisy, Not recommender for some families who wants go there especially with kids.

Everything we’re good except the outlook of the building is old. However, the room looks total different. The quality of the coffee and the toiletries were out of expectations. However, no body lotion was provided.

Would we stay again - Yes. Bathroom was very cold, windows need to be double glaze and TV needs tuning or replacing. You get 2 coffee pods, bot a full box. Other than this, did the job a treat. Thanks. 25 mins to Centraal via bud and same to airport, both on doorstep..
