Our Disneyland pit stop
Great little quicky stay when we visit Disneyland. Very close to the park, we stay here often when going to Disneyland because it’s affordable and has your basics

I'm not sure if some of the lower rating reviews are trying to compare this to a high-end hotel, but for a value resort it's not bad. Unlike some of the other reviews, I had plenty of toilet paper and towels, a comfy bed, all of the lights worked, the shower worked. The TV worked although it was not subscribed to any cable plan which is why no one is seeing anything. I did notice you could pull up Netflix on it though but I didn't try that out as I don't put my info on hotel TV's for safety reasons. Some of the other guests were noisy at points but not for very long. They even had daily maid service which I haven't seen since before covid. The only reason I am taking a star off was the office staff was hard to get a hold of. At two different visits to the office, including my check-in at night, it took over 10 minutes to get a staff member to open the door and let me in. Other than that, it was a fine stay and I would stay there again as long as the price was right.

The property is ok. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. The rooms need some TLC. Paint chipping, doors need to be updated, towel rack fell off. Just some little touches would go a long way. It is a good for a budget motel. Close to convention center and Disneyland.

It was a basic room. There wasn't many outlets and the chairs in the room have seen better days. There wasn't a remote for the tv, I couldn't watch anything. There was a sticker on the wall that housekeeping missed. The view that I had was the housekeeping's carts. Besides that, the bed was nice.

It has been over a year since I stayed at this motel and I once again found a room at an affordable price. They seemed to address the issues I had with my stay last year (i.e, stained mattress, wires sticking out of walls, workable TV) except that I had this nearly broken light above the sink that needed a new lamp. There was a laundromat next door so it was easy for me to do my clothes. Overall it was another nice stay at the Queens Inn and I'm sure to come back if the price is right. Thanks Queens!

For the price I paid, and really just needing somewhere to sleep that close to my destination, it was fine. Lady who checked me in was great. Room was not great in terms of needing general repair for random chunks missing from the wall and where the bathroom door hit. TV worked fine. Toilet paper was ok quality, toilet, shower and sink worked fine. The mini fridge might have had a small leak on the carpet in front of it, but it didn't happen again, so that might have been a fluke. The only really bad thing I have to say is that housekeeping didn't even knock, just opened the door and started to walk in while announcing themselves (and no, I didn't have the DND up because I was about ready to leave). She did apologize and leave asap, but to not even knock first was out of line. Even if she had knocked and announced herself, then open the door? Totally fine, but no knock was annoying. TLDR, would I come back? Yes, but only because it met my basic needs and I could deal with anything not quite up to standard for a few days, for the price paid.
