Inexpensive place to crash at night
We were there for a multi day conference. It was ok for an inexpensive place to crash at night. After taking a shower and walking on the floor, the soles of my feet were black with dirt. (Dirty floors.) The AC was nice and cool when it was hot outside.

We found three baby cockroaches in one of our rooms the first night. The rooms, we had two, smelled musty and faintly of cigarettes.

Will not stay here again/ Front desk is rude
Let me start by saying that I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 2 years. It's reasonable priced and always clean. However, the last two times I have had a negative experience with the lady at the front desk. I always ask for two simple requests: first floor and close to the office. That' it, not complicated at all. The lady at the front desk is unfriendly and rude. She speaks as if she's doing us a favor to stay at her hotel. I realize that check in time is at 3:00, however, I never have a problem at any other hotel I stay at to be accommodated to check in a bit early. It was 2:10 pm when we arrived at the hotel. She said check in time wasn't until 3:00 and that our room wasn't ready. I told her we would wait which we did. We sat outside and just like the last time she comes out within 15 minutes and says our room is now ready. Checks us in and puts us in a room that is not in the front of hotel. I asked if there was anything closer, she says no. The room she placed us in was right next to the hotel laundry room where the maids work. We could hear the Industrial washing machines on. I went back to the office and told her if there was another room available because it was too loud. She said no and that the maids don't tart work until 8am next morning so we shouldn't be bothered by the washing machine through the night. Again her demeanor is just rude. Next morning at 8am we could hear the maids talking very loud right outside our door.

The room was good enough, except for the bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder in the wall but plaster and anchor screws in the wall. While the toilet was not totally sealed to the ground. Other than that a good enough space just had to make sure the fridge is on since the gauge on the back doesn’t point to how cold or ON it is set for.
