I have stay here before it is nice the rooms have always be nice and clean beds are comfortable the staff super friendly and helpful it's location is within walking distance of restaurants next to the convention center and Disneyland I would deffently stay there again.

Check in was horrible…front desk was disorganized and slow…there four people behind the counter talking…could not find my name and showed the listings and all the guests checking in for the day…personal information of guests was on it… when we got to the room… it smelled like smoke and dirty gym socks… requested a new room.. cleaner but the hair dryer didn’t work.. was told it would be replaced while we were gone but did not happen…staff said they would take care of things but who knows if they actually spoke with the night crew…

Hotel is older, rooms need some updating. Curtains were falling apart. It was quiet and clean. Located across from Disneyland transportation center, but walking is an option for those that like to walk. Gym is terrible. For runners, there are a few routes, easily can get 4-8 miles safely. We would stay here again.

I dont know where the issue was exactly. If it was the towels, sheets or AC. But in the 2 nights i stayed there i had a SEVERE allergic reaction around my eyes! When i topd the front desk about it, she seemed unphased by it. I dont know if it was because i checked out at 6am and she was half asleep but that shouldn't be an excuse. There was zero resolution and I had to continue the rest of my vacation with puffy, swollen and eczema starting to arise! NEVER AGAIN shall i stay here even if it was for 2nights waiting til my Disneyland Hotel opened.rather sleep in a car!

would never stay here again. tried to find a different hotel to change too but couldn’t. toilets flush crazy loud to where it nearly shakes the room. bathroom so small toilet and door nearly touch. the ac is a window unit and the first night it didn’t work and my baby got so hot in his sleep he was vomiting. we asked for new towels and never got them. requested late check out and ended up getting locked out of our room. when we got our parking pass it wasn’t linked and we got stuck and had to go back in and get a new one. all “little” problems but all together get more and more frustrating. we come to disneyland every few weeks but this is my first time using hotels.com and my first time at any hotel this disappointing.

nice place enjoyed my stay in the king suite, can use a upgrade for the bathroom seems like it was built from older times with poles all around. parking was confusing need a drop off area for just checking inn before charging a fee of $16 just to park a hour for checking inn. but i would stay again.

The room is smells so bad , the bathroom in the shower so weak, request for empty trash and get more towels but no one show up in the fours nights to stay .Anyway the hotel is too old and never come back again.

This is a great value, its basic but close to Disneyland. It’s clean with comfortable beds. Service wasn’t great, we asked for the room to be serviced several times and it wasn’t. On the other hand our light was broken and that was immediately fixed. If you are coming to go to Disney and not spending a lot of time in the room, it’s a good choice.
