I have stay here before it is nice the rooms have always be nice and clean beds are comfortable the staff super friendly and helpful it's location is within walking distance of restaurants next to the convention center and Disneyland I would deffently stay there again.

The location was great and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in this area. The one thing is I somehow wasn’t able to communicate with them prior to my arrival. I took a later flight than planned so I wasn’t able to show up at the expected time. I had sent a message about it through Expedia message box, however, it was not recognised by receptionists and I had to wait at the hotel lobby until the booking manager arrived. Even taking this into account, my overall experience was great and I enjoyed my 8-night stay in touristy Anaheim.

I love that it was conveniently located by the Anaheim convention center, which is precisely why I booked the room. Staff was helpful and friendly, and we were able to get towels and toiletries when needed. The only thing I would suggest is when checking in, inform guests that there is no housekeeping on Sundays, so that you can arrange cleaning the day before or after. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Good location. Big room. Clean. Friendly staff. TV small. Had to pay to use safe in room that uses a key to lock (time to upgrade). Restaurant only open for breakfast. Room door didn’t fully close without pushing/pulling it. Bathroom small. Shower head needs descaling. Could have used diet pop in pop machine. I know some of these are picky, but it’s the small things that count.

We enjoyed our stay due to the proximity to the convention center, convenient location to shopping/restaurants, and easy access to our room. What we wish could be better is a fan in the bathroom and a quieter AC system.

Nightmare
Surprise fee to park at arrival ($23/day!). Room fan was very loud. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom sink making strange noise. On final night, at 12am, had a knock at my door followed by the sound of someone entering my room (I have my son and elderly mother sleeping)! Ran to the door to find out it's a maintenance man saying he's here to fix our sink! I told him he cannot enter my room right now. Go to look at the sink and it's filled with black drain water!! Had to wake my family and move into a new room at midnight. Everything was very rickety and was in great need of updating. Will never stay here again.
