Lets start out with the bad, when I booked there was no mention of a parking fee. The day before my check in I got a message from the Hotel stating that there will be a 29.99 fee for parking each night plus tax which was about 100 for 3 nights with tax. Also mentions a 75 dollar charge to card which they charge for each night, so 225. So be prepared for this. Also breakfast is an upcharge and not included like it says. I booked on Expedia which might be the problem and not actually the hotels fault. But I should'nt have to go to the hotels website, pick a room and start the booking process to find the hidden fees. I wish they had coffee or water available. But as far as the rooms go I was suprised, plenty of room for my Family, 2 beds and a pull out couch. The 2 beds were in a separate room. There was a microwave and a refrigerator which was nice. The furniture is old but as expected with the price of the room. The room was clean, no complaints. I will come back as long as the rate is good now that i know the extra charges. SOME of staff was not very friendly or informative, but others were ok. If your going to Disneyland its about 0.8 miles away, not a bad walk.(Bring a stroller for kids)

This is my first time at a Double Tree and I had higher expectations. Water pressure was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. I live in California so I know the restrictions that are put on the shower heads, but it you could tell it was a building issue. The furniture wood was faded and chipping throughout and looked like from the 80's when it was installed. The couch was not comfortable and very dated as well. You would have thought you were in a room at Motel 6, but I think even they have been updated more recently.

Great suites and love the warm chocolate chip cookie! A 4 min car ride to downtown Disney and the parks. Great value for the quality of this hotel!
