There was a person upstairs room rolling a heavy ball sounded like for hours and I was so tired trying to rest kept waking us up I tried calling front desk but seemed phone wasn’t connected and we found hairs rolled on one of the beds

Hotel in general looks nice, but room was run down looking. I love that breakfast stays open longer than other hotels. Seems to not have much staff on at night since security delivered towels. Staff didn’t seem happy or professional (some front desk not smiling, security banged on door when delivered towels like the police) you have to pay for parking through an app. The room in general smelled like moldy old AC unit. I notice mold growing on sliding door.

Carpet was wet under the table, we let the staff know, and they supposed to bring a fan to dry it, but they didn’t . Both days carpet was very wet . We also ask for extra pillows for my kids and we call front desk three times and they came 3 hours later to bring them. When we left my son notice that he forgot his blanket at the room, we came back to the hotel and ask for the blanket and they said nothing was at the room . I’m so disappointed.

The A/C was stuck at 73 degrees and it couldn't be adjusted lower. Maintenance worker assessed the situation and said it is what is and just gave us a fan. Mind you, it was my daughter's wedding day and we were very very uncomfortable doing hair and makeup in the hot room.

The room had a thermostat that went down to 65. You’d think that would be cold, but in fact the actual temperature in our room was 75-80 the entire time. They had signs that basically say suck to suck we can’t do anything about it. Room service was great the first two days then the room service just never came back. That was a little disappointing. All in all, the hotel is gorgeous with some fun amenities including an arcade and a rather luxurious bar. They do happy hour from 5:30-7 where the drinks and snacks are free! I would come back here again, but would hope the AC issue and room service issue have been resolved.

Comfortable beds, nasty pool & super-slow check-in
The room was nice and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! However, my son found three globs of hair on the side and bottom of the pool. The restrooms at the pool were filthy. There was an overflowing trash can in one with a very smelly, days-old diaper, and the other didn’t have any toilet paper on both of the high capacity rolls. Also, no pool towels BOTH times we attended. Had to go to the front desk, which was its own problem. We totally understand not being able to check in early when we arrived at 2:30 pm. But when we came back at 8 pm, we waited more than 20 min to check in. There was only one guy checking people in, and one guy just sitting there. No one told us what was going on until after 20 min. The other guy never did anything or communicated anything. I was third in queue and there were three behind me. I felt so bad for the young family who didn’t get checked in till after 9 pm and two little boys who needed to be in bed. They finally said the system was extra slow.

The room was not clean. The carpet not vacuumed and the bathroom floor had hair. The door to the bathroom was dirty with stains and hair on it and the lock to the bathroom was malfunctioning.
