Nice room with a great view of the fireworks from our balcony. The walk to Disney was short and the pool and water park were great for our grandkids. The hotels sponsored trick or treat on Halloween and the kids were thrilled.

Had to pay $30 for early check-in even though I had simply arrived early and was told a room was ready by chance - ridiculous to have to pay for a service I did not ask for. On top of that, bug infested bathroom. All for $250 a night. What a racket. Would not recommend this property.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, surprise upgrade which was so special it brought tears to my eyes! Kids had a blast and LOVED the bunk beds :) Would recommend to anyone, and would stay again. Added a little extra magic to our Disney vacation.

The property and friendly service itself was amazing. It was the loud, stomping and running children that ruined the early quiet mornings. Parents need to remind their children to be considerate of others while in a hotel.

The staff was amazing from start to finish! Great customer service and amazing room service. Very clean and so much fun for the whole family. The life guards on staff for the water park and pool were extremely nice and helpful and very attentive to the children! We had a mishandled reservation on our end through a 3rd party company we booked through and the hotel staff and manager was amazing at helping us get it fixed and alleviating the stress of the mishap from the 3rd party company. I have never enjoyed my stay so much from any other hotel I have ever stayed at and HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone and everyone!

The property was very clean. Very convienent for Disneyland a very short walk. The waterpark is perfect for the kids but the water is freezing so that was the only downfall.
