My husband said it smelled musty but I didn’t think so, it was stuffy. We usually leave the do not disturb sign on the door however half way through our trip we took it off to have the trash taken out and get new towels etc but housekeeping didn’t attend to our room. Price was reasonable considering the closeness to Disney parks however they charge nightly for microwave if you want one. Poor water pressure.

Overall a great hotel. The laundry room was the one area I fell could use some updating asap. I only went in there for the microwave and it smelt moldy and over was just a lil dingy. Other than that I loved that we could walk to Disney and also they had a little store on property that was super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again

Stayed for 3 nights and it was good. They came in everyday to clean. When it was time to leave, the lady at the office (which I dont even think was opened yet) was very nice and ordered us a taxi. I really appreciated that! Saved us time and effort. The only "negative" thing i have to say is that our room smelled pretty musty lol other than that, it was good! :) super close walk to disneyland too. Plus, a nice hot tub and pool.

Walls are thick enough
Everything you'd expect was there and working. The only thing that kind of sucked was there's this phone that kept making a weird beeping sound by the bed and had to turn it off. Other than that, the staff was friendly and unintrusive

I’ve found myself very disappointed in California hotels when I spend a decent amount of money and so we went the cheaper route and were very pleasantly surprised. It’s safe, clean, and very close! Thank you for the great customer service!

The customer service personnel were quick and friendly. Checking in was effortless. Price was very reasonable. The room is small but clean and tighty. Outside noise is very noticeable from the room, our room was pretty close to the street. My main reason for leaving a low rating was the bed. It was so worn out and uncomfortable. I weight 250lbs and my wife is 115. We both kept falling into the middle of the bed where there was a visible indent in the matress. I'd sit up in bed and feel like I'm touching the box spring through the matress. If we had a decent matress I really wouldn't say anything negative about our visit.

We have stayed there many times before while attending Disneyland. Was unaware or did not pay attention that they now charge parking and do not serve continental breakfast no longer. So those two things will make us choose another hotel in the future. But the service and staff was great

Very close to Disneyland for the cost! Amazing front desk staff and pool and hot tub were surprisingly nice. Bathroom situation was not ideal in our queen bed room, but for the price you can’t really complain. Everything else was amazing!
