Ants and no room cleaning
There were ants everywhere. Room service never came to clean the room. The run is very run down. No microwave. I had booked a two bed room for three people. The man told me only two people and one person per bed. Very ridiculous.

The property looks nothing like the pictures. The room was filthy. There was stains on the carpet, walls, drapes, and seats. The entire place is completely run down. Do not recommend it at all. I literally checked in and checked out 15 min later. The place refused to offer me a refund but honestly I rather loose my money than stay in such a filthy place.

The receptionist was great with providing assistance but once we got to the room it wasn’t so great. The tub was stained with something brown by the drain. The shower head pressure was way too strong and there was no way to change it. The floor in the room seemed like it was not swept (found hair balls all over) and the bed just seemed unclean.

This place is run down and doesn't look like the pictures. Towels are old and dirty. Old appliances in the room, microwave and small mini fridge. The washer and dryer doesn't dry the clothes. The tv is small and it's led.

The property needs some work. Tiles are broken and the plants are dying. The rooms are old, and the furniture isn't very updated. There isn't a plug near the desk. In spite of this it was very comfortable and the staff at the front desk are very nice.

Considering the motel sits parallel to the 91 fwy, it is a very quiet environment. The motel is clean but could use updates. The bathrooms look original.

I found a substance in a small bag under the bed and the room is old and out dated the place needs an extreme makeover but the front set clerk was excellent and very helpful, but unfortunately I have young children and I could not bring myself to sleep in such a dump and feel ok with myself.

The front desk was nice. Our room floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. It was last minute reservation so it was basically this or sleep in our car. The walls had holes and the building looks like it’s falling apart.
