The Cal-King Master bedroom has upgraded on-suite Marble countertops, a travertine tile floor, and a custom tile-designed shower. The Queen bedroom and a Cal-King Bedroom shared a Jack 'N Jill bathroom. This shower/tub combo bathroom has an upgraded marble countertop, upgraded hardware, and tile floors. The last Cal-King Master bedroom and two children's rooms share the final Jack n' Jill bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 47' LCD TV. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Two dining tables provide plenty of seating for the whole family, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Beautiful sliding glass doors off the kitchen lead you to the rear yard. In-ground pebble tec pool, with a Baja shelf, jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. A full-size washer and dryer are in the garage for guests' use. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home has central air conditioning and heating.
It's a nice short walk to Disney and the Disney Tram. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back or front yards.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
