Property is nice but a little more dated than other hotels in the area. Bunk bed and the Continental breakfast was a great option for the kids! I would stay here again

Property was pretty noisy on the back side of hotel and many roof top noises during night. Also the they need to inform people to buy Disneyland bus ride there before heading out

Air conditioning and heater smelled terribly at turning them on. Left for Disneyland and upon return learned that they checked us out due to complaining about ac/heater smell. Unable to complete 3 day pre paid visit, refused to refund, refused to let me use our paid days, forced to book another site. Never again. Breakfast also had mold in bagels

My family and I stay here at almost every visit to Southern California. And we haven’t had any complaints/concerns. My children enjoy playing in the pool on our free days when we’re not visiting the nearby theme parks. The breakfast isn’t a huge spread, but it’s free. The eggs are fluffy and we love the waffle maker. Rooms have always been clean (and we have been in some resorts with bed bugs, sticky floors and doors that do not lock). My only concern is that we are normally placed on the back side of the hotel and there is an apartment complex on that street where people loiter, speed and disturb the peace. It did feel a little unsettling at night. Overall, awesome stay for the right price. And the staff has always been helpful.

The bunk bed chosen for the children was very different from what it looked like on the web page and was old. And there is a strong smell of mold inside the room. I couldn't use the Dyson hair dryer because the power was weak.
