Room smelled musty, mold in caulking in shower, large gaps in door weather stripping could see lots of light coming through therefore noise level was high. Room needed a deep clean, had alot of dust in bathroom fan and fridge cabinet. Also, door to room did not automatically close behind you, it would swing bac open if not fully latched. Handle mechanism on pocket door to bathroom was rigid, getting stuck, door tracks stiff to open. No water in lobby in morning, only coffee . Property looked a bit worn and stained in areas

We liked that the rooms were updated since the last time we were there. We always stay here because it's a short walk to Disneyland. Wish they had breakfast like they use to. Otherwise a pretty decent hotel.

Great location
Pleasant stay and great location. We were pleased with the property, room, comfort, price and especially the location. We have stayed at a number of hotels on this same strip, and this one was a great value for what it offered. Will definitely consider booking again.

Lack of parking for check in. They had it blocked off. The check in lady was nice. But the lobby was full of people which was just sitting around. Not only did the lobby feel unsafe so did the whole area. Patkimg lot and all Its interesting that the pictures show this amazing hotel when in reality its not grand at all. The room needed more cleaning. The beds was comfortable. Not much choices in food. There was minimal ramps for a handicap petson like me. There was not enough handicapped parking. Being in a wheelchair I had no way to park in a normal spot because they are so small. We seen trucks that could not park any where because spots were too small. Than you have to go almost to the front of the hotel just to get on the side walk to just come back down to get to the room. Why make a handicapped person go a block to get in to their room. The whole thing eas quite disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay here, mostly because it is convenient to the parks. My only complaint is that the housekeeping is minimal: fresh towels and trash emptied. Other than that, it’s a great spot.

The hotel is nice enough for a low budget however, I could see why most like Motel 6. The biggest down sides were Housekeeping who came in to pick-up towels but did make beds, clean or replace towels. Also, the noise from Roof 5 is insane.

Mostly a very good stay. Staff was spectacular. My only complaints were how noisy it was, and that tiny ants kept appearing on the toilet seat. No clue where they were coming from. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located for my purposes.

Beware of Housekeeping
The hotel in itself was impressive, the hotel staff were friendly checking us in. Unfortunately we got a room in the way back of the hotel property and our room door was right by the outside elevator, so you can imagine how loud people were coming back from Disneyland. Also, we had an incident with a hotel maid walking in on us as we were changing our clothes, with knocking only once, no announcement of who they were, and the front desk manager acting as if it wasn’t a big deal! To me this is a BIG deal! I felt violated and unsafe in my own hotel room! Hardly a compensation for the humiliation I felt that day!

Location is great for going to Disneyland. The staff was friendly. I’ve stayed there twice now but not sure I will return. Both times the same issue beds are terrible but what was worse is the rooms smell so bad!!! You have to keep the air on in the room it gets so smelly it’s unbearable.
