The staff was phenomenal! Service and support for any needs were met quickly. The room was extremely clean, and love the fact it was vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. The pool and hot tub were great condition and the pool area was nice. You get what you pay for, and this was great all around for my needs in needing a comfortable place to stay during a convention. Wish they had a room safe, but that would be my only complaint.

Watch out for hidden fees. Early check in charge $40, $50 parking. Fine place to stay for Disneyland, but not really the cheapest option despite the advertised prices

Wifi was out when we arrived at hotel. Wifi was choppy at best while in my room once it was back up. Room key cards were not available upon arrival and did not have keys until late in the evening for my room which was a bit uncomfortable. Could hear other guests in rooms clearly and was walls seemed paper thin.

It had a lot of traffic noise! Wear ear plugs. Also the room had a mildew smell. Not sure if it was the sheets or the floor. Overall not great. Will probably not stay again. Mainly due to noise great location for walking to parks

Great stay and so close to Disneyland!
Our stay was great! Checked in a little late and front desk was super friendly! We had a last minute Disney trip and I would definitely recommend staying here! Walking distance to Disneyland is a plus!

Stayed 6 nights for less than 1 at Disneyland hotel. Took the savings and spent some of it on Lightning Lanes for select days. 15-minute walk to the park. Staff were AWESOME and friendly (especially Nick and Mercedes). Room was quiet and clean, and bed / pillows were very comfortable. I just needed a room to sleep in and it was perfect for that. Will be staying there again next year.

Upon getting into my room and checking it over, there was questionable glass on the floor. There was tons of hair in the bathroom area sink area also a very disgusting thing on head board. Light switch’s had sticky stuff on them. The policy is second day house cleaning service had not cleaned my room before 4 PM. They did send a housekeeper up, but I just asked for fresh towels because I was so tired. I will say all the staff was kind and respectful also, the walkways were. Staff was informative of surrounding area. The saying you pay for what you get was true to this hotel the price was cheap.

Convenient location
The room was pretty big for a Motel 6. Please off room for a family and luggage. Walking distance from the House of Blues and the Downtown Disney/ Disneyland areas. Snack shop located in the lobby area. I felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Now for that cons: The staff at reception was not very friendly and seemed rather annoyed at me during my check-in. Perhaps it was just and off day. Next was the bathroom sink in my room. The water pressure was next level. I tuned on the sink and was blasted with water and I had to turn it down to a trickle to wash my face or brush my teeth. Finally is that there is noise pollution from families getting up early, making noise, on their way in and out. I could hear every rolling bag and hear every conversation as people walked past my room. Since my room was located near the elevator it was pretty constant.

Deceiving
The photos on this site are very deceiving. I don't usually stay at Motel 6, but based off photos, a couple good reviews and the fact that were tired from being at Disneyland all day is the reason we decided to stay. The lady at the front desk was a little rude, they charged like $70 for parking (we had 2 cars, but thats still a lot for parking at a motel 6. The room was dirty and 1of the beds had hair on it like the sheets weren't washed. Bathroom was very dingy.
