Overall nice convenience to places in Anchorage. The facility itself needs a refresh imo. The coffee at breakfast is too weak but you can’t please everyone all the time. Our microwave didn’t work and it would be nice to offer HBO, etc. Would stay here again.

From the start our toilet was clogged before we even used it and it took some time for the clerk to come fix it because he apparently was the only one working. He had to leave and go to the airport leaving no one at the front desk. Upon his return he had to deal with a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell and kick him out. In the parking lot there was a truck that looked like a homeless person was sleeping in because it had cardboard all over the inside of the windows. The clerk was very nice and apologized several times. He did finally come and fix the toilet but it was so late that I couldn’t even enjoy the big bath tub in the suite. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed after our travels.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It seemed around the airport that there wasn’t good reviews for many of the hotels so I was nervous when booking. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The price was honestly a “steal”. Check in and check out was easy and it was very nice to be able to be taken to the airport at no extra cost.

I have syayed at this location before and once again the hallway carpets are dirty. The rooms are great though. I was very disappointed with management. I upgraded my room for use of jacuzzi and the thing was broken. Mgr/owner did not offer any discount for my inconvenience. I spent $60 extra to upgrade. I love the room setup and I really like the hotel, but there are no stores in walking distance. So cleanliness should be key for them. On the plus side, the room was huge and I would stay here again.

The check in process was nice. The room had cracks in the sheetrock specifically in the bathroom and and places where tape was placed on the wall? Odd. This morning though I took a shower and the drain was so slow the water was over my feet.

Great place!
Great room layout w/ a kitchenette, a pull-out couch, and a desk. Lends itself to longer stays because very comfortable. Good daily breakfast. Nice service.
