Started by not having a room ready at check-in time. Multiple unhelpful staff, trash in room was full of beer cans, the sheets were dirty, there was urine on the toilet, toilet seat broken, shower broken, and even after asking 3 times we never received towels. I personally had to clean the room, but i was able to go down 3 flights to the desk to both obtain and return cleaning supplies. Directly across the street from a homeless camp and a large halfway house. The ceiling in elevator was broken and flopped when the elevator moved.

I have pictures of the connecting door with a hole that was covered with painters blue tape. The base boards were loose. The carpet was dirty. The toilet bowl looked that it was cleaned hastily. The ceiling in the bathroom had mole. I have pictures of all tjat I mentioned above. Definitely not worthe the $195.40 that I paid. I want a refund.

The lady at the front desk was really nice, but the rooms were old and filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. They never wipe anything down even the mirrors were dirty. I will probably never stay there again.
